Things that may help

The basic tea (that seems to work) requires

3x loaves of sandwiches using medium sliced bread - prepared on 8x dinner plates (or similar)
4x fillings

1. egg (9 eggs) and mayo
2. tuna (3 tins) and sweet corn (2 little tins)
3. ham
4. cheese

Bananas x 6
Mini pork pies x 12
Cocktail sausages x 75 (hot?) - we have a microwave
Jaffa Cakes x 24
2 finger KitKats x16

The above works, but of course, if you anted to change it in any way please do

Also,
Milk (3 pints) - we have a fridge
Tea bags x20 (10 per teapot)
Sugar

• Note: The tea and sugar, both may be in the pavilion, but don't rely on it.

The tea urn needs filling up to the MAX line, and takes 1 hour to come to the boil, and will then automatically 'keeps it hot'.

Afterwards, please wash up and dry (with the help of the players!!!), and put the crockery back in the cupboard.

The club happily pays £60 for all of this, with the suggestion that no more than half is spent on ingredients.
