West Farleigh Sports ClubWest Farleigh Sports Club has three sections; football, having being played since 1911, cricket (1928) and netball (2019). It prides itself on close links with the village and also with the village of Ringstedt in Germany; the two villages being officially 'twinned' in 1999.
We are fortunate to play football and cricket in idyllic settings, deep in the Kent countryside, both having far reaching views overlooking the Medway Valley. |
RingstedtIn 1986 contact was made through farming links; the year after a party of Germans came over, then in 1988 the first tour took place playing two games of football. The rest, as they say, "is history".
