Things that may help
The good tea (that seems to work, if you are doing it on multiple occasions) requires
3x loaves of sandwiches using medium sliced bread - prepared on 8x dinner plates (or similar) with 4x fillings eg.
Mini pork pies x 12
Cocktail sausages x 75 (hot?) - we have a microwave
Jaffa Cakes x 24
2 finger KitKats x16
The above works in terms of amounts. But of course, if you wanted to change it in any way please do. But don't go crazy on supplies.
Note: The hotter the day, the less players eat!
Also,
Milk (3 pints) - we have a fridge
Tea bags x 20 (10 per teapot)
Sugar
Squash for 'drinks'
Afterwards, please wash up and dry (with the help of the players!!!), and put the crockery back in the cupboard.
The club happily pays £65 for all of this, with the suggestion that no more than half is spent on ingredients.
Of course, if this is a 'one off', spend what you like - fill your boots
Many, many thanks
