4. Matters Arising – no matters arising that would not be covered by the agenda
5. Treasurer’s report
BT submitted a set of accounts that showed monies at the bank totalling >£13k. Income and expenditure were dominated by the building of the new football hut, which cost c.£152k. Thanks to the grants, numerous donations and a kindly bridging loan the club were able to make it through the year, virtually unscathed with a healthy balance. Current monies held could go in some way to the development of a new car park opposite the new hut sometime in the future.
PAB thanked BT for a fine set of accounts and his hard work throughout what has been an exceptional year.
BT proposed that yearly subscriptions to remain unchanged at £25 – and seconded unanimously.
6. Election of Officers

This was seconded by PJB and carried unanimously

PJB expressed his concern that the club had not been able to fulfill the first three friendly games of cricket due to lack of numbers. The club had had no nets this winter, and that it was only Matt Brooke’s (MB) optimism that could give the club any crumb of comfort looking forward. TB stated that he would make sure MB would be fully supported in his efforts. PJB and MAS stated that they would play whenever possible to help out.
As there was no other business the meeting closed at 9.35pm.
