Data Protection Policy:
WFSC only holds electronic data of its patrons (previous and present) such that it can legitimately carry out the normal running of the Sports Club's events. It will not share this data with third parties. If you wish to know how more on how WFSC complies with the GDPR rules please contact us. Parking
There is ample public parking in the park. If the ground is wet, temporary roadways are provided to enable improved access. Disabled parking Disabled parking is available with unrestricted views of the event. Blue badge holders only. Those wishing to use this facility must contact us in advance. Event Control and Public Address Situated in the tent alongside the main marquee First Aid The British Red Cross point is located next to Event Control. Lost children/property A tent next to the Hot Cider stall. Except in real emergencies, public address system announcements are not made. The location of the Lost Children tent will be frequently mentioned over the PA. Any lost child should be taken directly to this location. Disabled facilities In addition to parking there a disabled toilet and a wheelchair friendly area at the Football Changing rooms. By appointment - see above Crowds The attendance is estimated to be in the region of 1,000 persons. There is plenty of open space to share with family/friends Clothing Come prepared. This is an open air event. |

Weather
The firework display will go ahead whatever the weather (with the possible exception of high winds in the wrong direction where there is a real threat to public safety). "There is no such thing a bad weather, only poor choice of clothing"
Toilets
There will be a number of temporary toilets on site. There is disabled toilet available (given notice - ask in the Event Control tent) at the changing rooms to the north of the car park (see above).
Alcohol
Please do not bring alcohol onto the park. There is plentiful a choice of refreshments available for those who wish to drink it responsibly.
Event Safety
This event is fully risk assessed. The event is patrolled by stewards in High Visibility jackets, and they are there to assist patrons at all times.
Fireworks
The display is fired from the Football Pitch to the West (low side) of marquees/tents. There will be a fenced, 50 yards exclusion/safety zone of the Football Pitch.
Please do not bring any of your own fireworks onto the Park, including sparklers. Discarded sparkler wires etc. could cause untold problems for the sheep when they return.
