Things that may help
The basic tea (that seems to work) requires
3x loaves of sandwiches using medium sliced bread - prepared on 8x dinner plates (or similar)
4x fillings
Mini pork pies x 12
Cocktail sausages x 75 (hot?) - we have a microwave
Jaffa Cakes x 24
2 finger KitKats x16
The above is perfectly sufficient, but of course, if you wanted to change it in any way, please do so.
Also,
Milk (3 pints) - we have a fridge
Tea bags x20 (10 per teapot)
Sugar
Orange squash (or similar) for 'drinks' x30. A 1 litre bottle should be enough.
Afterwards, please wash up and dry (with the help of the players!!!), and put the crockery back in the cupboard.
The club happily pays £60 for all of this, with the suggestion that no more than half is spent on ingredients.
Many, many thanks
